Some Norton Ghost.msi files are not currently in our database, but they can be requested by clicking the "Request" button next to the respective file version entry. I use Norton Ghost ver 14 this way: Have a 'prime' install with my everyday use version of Windows 7. After the problem file is replaced, running a registry scan can help clean up any invalid Norton Ghost.msi, file extension, or other file path references which could have been affected from a previous malware infection.
